“Antoniaboutique.it”, managed by Antonia Più S.a.S. viale Dante 13-15-17, 47838, Riccione (RN) Italy, may use the personal data, voluntarily provided by the User, as per the laws in force: Article 13 of Italian Law 196/2003.

Information according to art.13 of the D.Lgs.196/03, laws concerning the protection of personal data.
The use of your data will be directly connected to the purpose for which you provided it.

Moreover, the data will be used when carrying out market surveys, for the forwarding of advertising material, marketing and sales relating to products and company services displayed on site, by various ways and means to survey the degree of customer satisfaction on the quality of products, services rendered and work carried out by the named company, through specialists using personal or telephone interviews, questionnaires, etc. The data will be managed electronically by computers, memorized both by computer and on paperwork, and by any other suitable means, respecting the minimum security measures according to technical discipline measures, part B of the act concerning the protection of personal data. Acquiring personal data is optional. However, lacking bestowal, even partial of the requested personal data for the compilation of the registered form for service access, can determine the impossibility to proceed with the completion of the same service. The personal data might be communicated to the company's staff, who are in charge and responsible for the handling of all data. The staff have been instructed in all matters of security and protection of personal data. It is forbidden, in any case, to communicate or disclose personal data to third-parties not necessary in carrying out the intended service.

Antonia informs its Users are protected by Article 7 of the Italian Law n. 196/2003.

Antonia Più S.a.S. is the owner of the web site “antoniaboutique.it” and its contents.
This includes, but is not limited to, the images, music, softwear, documentation, design, characters,  codes and format scripts. Reproduction, modification, transmission, republication and/or redistribution to third parties for commercial purpose are strictly prohibited without the express written consent from Antonia Più S.a.S.

Antonia Più S.a.S. does not allow the use of the web site’s contents or the trademark for any other purpose than what is written above. Most of the trademarks posted on the web site and concerning the products for sale on “ANTONIABOUTIQUE.IT” are famous and well known to the general public and to each user of “ANTONIABOUTIQUE.IT”
Any unlawful or unauthorised use of such trademarks is prohibited and gives rise to serious legal consequences. GENERAL CONDITIONS

This notice contains the terms and legal conditions that govern the web site antoniaboutique.it. Users of this site accept and agree to respect all the conditions included in this declaration. The access and the use of this site is personal only and it’s not allowed to users that not accept these terms. The visualization of ANTONIABOUTIQUE.IT web site provides clients with product information and the possibility to purchase merchandise. Entering this web site users and Antonia Più S.a.S. agree that the laws and the regulations of the Italian State will enforce any questions pertinent to the use of the site. Antonia Più S.a.S. declines every responsibility that, due to a particular computer configuration or to malfunction, the colors of the products appear to be slightly different from the original. Antonia Più S.a.S. declines any responsibility from eventual damages, viruses or risks that the users may incur during the use of the site. Antonia Più S.a.S. does not offer any guaranty that the information published on its own web site is in conformity with thw laws of the client’s competent jurisdiction. Items featured on the web site reflect the actual availability of the item in color and sizes. If for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the client’s request. Antonia Più S.a.S. reserves the right to decline an order in the event that Banca Carim  bank does not receive verification from the client’s bank. It is at the sole discretion of Antonia Più S.a.S. to reserve the right to decline, to process and/or to ship an order and/or offer service to anyone at any time. The products on sale on the web site antoniaboutique.it are destinated to the “FINAL CUSTOMER”. By final costumer, Antonia Più S.a.S. intends person or people who do not operate their own entrepreneurial nor professional activity that may include but not be limited to the re-sale of merchandise purchased at the Site. Therefore, Antonia Più S.a.S. invites Users who may not be considered a “Final Customer” to refrain both from attempting to establish business relations with Antonia Più S.a.S. nor to use accounts of third parties to forward purchase orders relative to the merchandise on sale.

In regard to the commercial policy described above, Antonia Più S.a.S. reserves the right to not process orders from persons that are not the Final Customer and any other orders that are not in conformity with the said commercial policies. Pease note that backorder facility is not available. Any order including item not available, will be cancelled and the Client promptly refunded.

All Clients who enter into a commercial relationship with Antonia Più S.a.S. by placing an order, must have the item delivered. If at any time, a Client refuses the delivery or requests a return to sender all extra shipments and any import fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
To place orders at the Site, Clients must:

• be 18 years or older
• be eligible to enter legally binding contracts
• be competent to enter legally binding contracts
• have a valid POP e-mail address
• have a valid Credit Card for authorization and payment, or a bank deposit, or a Paypal verified account

Special Import Requirements for United States residents:
Clients in the United States must have a Social Security Number or NON US CITIZEN Import Number called a CPB - Customs Border Protection - assigned number to properly import goods and pay import fees to the US Government Custom’s Agency. All orders from the Site will be subject to import fees outside of the European Community and it is the sole responsibility of the Client to comply with import regulations and pay import fees.

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address as per the Site commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

ORDERS

Clients place orders on line Credit Card details to a protected online banking system provided by Banca Carim. Please visit www.bancacarim.it for complete information regarding Banca Carim. ANTONIABOUTIQUE.IT Clients are guaranteed maximum Credit Card security because all transactions are processed by our bank.

ANTONIABOUTIQUE.IT CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS WILL NOT ASK FOR NOR ACCEPT CREDIT CARD NUMBERS AND/OR EXPIRATION DATES.

ANTONIABOUTIQUE.IT recommends Clients to apply for E-commerce security PIN CODES provided by Verified by Visa and SecureCode by MasterCard.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES

If there are sufficient funds and the account is valid, the order will be processed by Banca Carim. Credit cards are debited upon order placement for both available merchandise and Pre-order items though shipment will be later in the season when the merchandise arrives.

First-Time Client
PAYPAL PAYMENT: new Clients can pay with a Verified Paypal Account for immediate shipping. Antonia will only ship to the Verified Paypal Account Address.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: Antonia will request Banca Carim to contact the Client’s bank for approval of the charges. This verification process will delay immediate shipping. Antonia Più s.a.s also reserves the right to ship the order only to the Billing Address.
Credit Card Currency
Credit Cards will be debited in Euro, and thus, due to exchange rates, the final price will be calculated in the applicable exchange rate the day the Credit Card company processes the transaction.
BANK WIRE TRANSFER:  ANTONIABOUTIQUE.IT accepts Bank Wire Transfer as a method of payment.
Selecting Bank Wire Transfer as a method of payment is only a request . The merchandise is not held for the Client at this time.
Upon receipt the request, Customer Service will send Antonia’s bank information. Items will only be set aside after receiving a scan or fax of the bank transaction within 48 hours. Merchandise will be shipped once the funds have reached Antonia’s bank account.
If the scan or fax of the bank transaction is not received within 48 hours of the request, the order will be cancel.

VAT EXEMPTION
Product prices published on the web site ANTONIABOUTIQUE.IT reflect the actual retail price of the goods. Orders shipped outside of the European Economic Community are exempt from Italian Valued Added Tax. By default, product prices published on this Site are Italian VAT included until you proceed to check-out with your order. The VAT are then calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
Please be reminded that shipments destined outside of the European Community are subject to import fees (DDU Deliver Duties Unpaid) based on the Client’s home country regulations. Payment of these DDU fees is the sole responsibility of the Client.

Shipments to the UNITED STATES - please note:
The US Government Custom’s Agency requires a Social Security Number or NON US Citizen Import Number - CBP Customs Border Protection Assigned Number. The process to obtain a CBP assigned import number generally takes 10 business days. For More information: www.cbp.gov/
SHIPMENTS THAT DO NOT CLEAR CUSTOM’S SUCCESSFULLY IN THE CLIENT’S HOME COUNTRY DUE TO THE NON-COMPLIANCE OF IMPORT REGULATIONS RISK BEING RETURNED TO ITALY AT THE CLIENT’S EXPENSE. ALL RE-IMPORT FEES ASSESSED TO PACKAGES RETURNING TO ITALY AND THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPMENT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY EVENTUAL REIMBURSEMENT.

SHIPMENTS INFORMATION

ANTONIABOUTIQUE.IT ships worldwide, only with prestigious courier UPS. Please note that couriers will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, or personal mailboxes.
We only ship to one address per order, so we cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses. 

Antonia Più S.a.S. reserves the right not to ship packages to any address that it feel may be suspect. If you have enquiries regarding this matters, please fill free to contact customerservice@antoniaboutique.it

Note DDU countries: Gibraltar, Jersey, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland orders are processed with the VAT exemption.

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) - European Countries-Outside European Community
Euro 20.00 (+DDU) Delivery within about 2-3 business days of shipment with UPS. Orders shipped outside of the European Economic Community are exempt from Italian Valued Added Tax, but are subject to import duties, local taxes and customs fees.
Payment of these DDU fees is the sole responsibility of the Client.

Outside of Europe: Euro 50.00(+DDU) Delivery within about 48 hours with UPS Express Service.

Orders exceeding Euro 500.00 are free of shipping charges, but the Client must pay only DDU fees.

SHIPMENTS THAT DO NOT CLEAR CUSTOM’S SUCCESSFULLY IN THE CLIENT’S HOME COUNTRY DUE TO THE NON-COMPLIANCE OF IMPORT REGULATIONS RISK BEING RETURNED TO ITALY AT THE CLIENT’S EXPENSE. ALL RE-IMPORT FEES ASSESSED TO PACKAGES RETURNING TO ITALY AND THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPMENT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY EVENTUAL REIMBURSEMENT.

Orders are shipped from Antonia in Italy, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., local time. Orders placed from Friday evening until Monday morning will be processed on Monday morning. Orders for available merchandise, based on the confirmation of the availability of the merchandise and verification of the Bank Transaction, are shipped on the first weekday after order placement. Credit Cards are debited the date of shipment.
ANTONIABOUTIQUE.IT shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer covered by the insurance. Upon delivery, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE placing a signature for the receipt of the merchandise. ANTONIABOUTIQUE.IT boxes are carefully taped in white strong paper box with official Antonia logotype printed on the side and official Antonia adhesive tape around the entire box.

For any reason, if the box looks tampered or the official adhesive tape is NOT intact, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event, that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered, be sure to open a claim immediately with the local UPS Office and contact Antonia Più S.a.S.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned within 10 days for a size/merchandise exchange or refund.

Return Instructions
The original Antonia Return Tag must be attached to the item(s) with our original Yellow Security Cord. Return Tag and Yellow Security Cord must not be removed or cut in any way
Clients must contact customerservice@antoniaboutique.it with a written request to return the item(s) within 10 days from the date of delivery. The written request must include the Item Code Number(s) of the item(s) to be returned.
Once the written request is received, Antonia will send a written confirmation to the Client including the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.). Clients must fill the return tag with this R.A.N.
The returned item(s) must be in the same condition as sent, packaged in an orderly fashion, and have all original tags, extra buttons, dust bags, hangers, etc. Shoes and other accessories that were sent with original boxes must be returned in these boxes which cannot be used, damaged or altered in any way.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. ANTONIABOUTIQUE.IT reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
The return of the unused item(s) must reach Antonia Più S.a.S. within 10 (ten) days of the written confirmation from customerservice@antoniaboutique.it

The Client is responsible for shipment of the returned item and any eventual import fees.
In the case of defective merchandise, or an error in the order on the part of ANTONIABOUTIQUE.IT, Clients must follow the instructions above. Antonia reserves the right to request photographic support for returns regarding defective merchandise before authorizing the return and the eventual charges for the shipment and import fees. Antonia will ship Clients the returned corrected goods free of charge.

Please handle items very carefully, because ANTONIABOUTIQUE.IT will NOT accept any items that have Return Tag and/or Yellow Security Cord removed or cut in any way
Please note that all sales are FINAL for ALL discounted items and are non-returnable. All authorized returned merchandise is subject to re-entry inspection which is at the sole discretion of Antonia and must meet all the requirements listed under the Return Policy.

If the authorized returned item(s) passes re-entry inspection, the Client will receive a confirmation of the return from customerservice@antoniaboutique.it  and the refund, less the original shipping charges (and any re-stocking fees), will appear on the Client’s Credit Card (or Bank or Paypal) statement within two billing cycles. The billing cycles may differ from Credit Card to Credit Card.
